Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and staff coordination
- Implement lean practices to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs
- Train and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates with weekly payroll processing
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements
- Coordinate with transportation and sales teams for seamless logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)
