Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Implement lean principles to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols across all warehouse activities
- Collaborate with transportation team for seamless dock scheduling and truck turnarounds
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system audits
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with 24/3 operations
- Proven track record in inventory management and WMS implementation
- OSHA certification and strong safety leadership background
- Proficient in warehouse automation technologies and inventory control systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-volume environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
