Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
- Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with supply chain managers to optimize shipping and logistics processes.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze data to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
