Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory control and warehouse organization systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Coordinate shipping and receiving processes to maintain supply chain integrity
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all outgoing shipments
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Utilize warehouse management software for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shift
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Basic computer literacy with data entry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
