Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Maintain organized storage systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment usage
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities
