Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory records and cycle counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workflow optimization
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
- Resolve inventory discrepancies through systematic audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid NC driver's license
- Flexible availability including weekends as needed
