Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments including palletizing, sorting, and loading
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality inspections on products before shipment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas exceeding OSHA standards
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/logistics experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification with 1+ years operation experience
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Spanish bilingual a plus for diverse team collaboration
