Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipment processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing products
- Conduct regular warehouse organization and cleanliness audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software experience
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends during peak seasons
- Reliable transportation to our Halsted Street facility
