Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty coffee beverages using precise techniques
- Provide warm, personalized customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all coffee equipment and service areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations with accuracy
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Source and present fresh pastries and food items
- Participate in monthly coffee training and product sampling
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Availability Saturday/Sunday (6am-3pm shifts)
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
