Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex client inquiries via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and account management support.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell premium support services.
- Adhere to all company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or client success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with patience and clarity.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
