Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex issues and provide tailored solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Assist in training new team members during off-peak hours.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews to track progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
