Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly smile, answering questions regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are appealing and well-organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with ease.
