Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers and visitors entering the facility.
- Transaction Management: Accurately process transactions, handle returns, and manage point-of-sale systems.
- Inventory Support: Assist in maintaining stock levels, organizing inventory, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor and workspace are clean, organized, and adhere to safety standards.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to achieve daily operational goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on details and follow procedures accurately.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and navigate the sales floor.
