Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex issues with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure service excellence.
- Provide product training and guidance to new team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but we provide training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
