Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Manage order processing, tracking, and logistics updates for our Seattle-based clients.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure accurate inventory management and timely deliveries.
- Document customer feedback and report operational issues or trends to management.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume periods, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices for weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in logistics or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
