- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale systems and handle payments with precision.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain the sales floor and service areas in pristine condition, adhering to safety and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure inventory levels are stocked and ready for the weekend rush.
- Upsell products and services to meet departmental sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, with a flexible schedule.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) technology.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, including lifting boxes up to 25 lbs.
