Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve overall service quality.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with established guidelines.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or support experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment (if working remotely) or availability to commute to our Raleigh facility.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
