Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat specifically during weekend shifts.
- Provide accurate, patient, and professional information regarding products and services.
- Log all customer interactions and issues into the CRM system with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Assist in training new part-time staff members during the onboarding process.
- Uphold company policies and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) without conflict.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
