Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at resort amenities and check-in desks
- Manage weekend reservation systems and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for weekend operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Assist with event setup and weekend guest activities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required)
- 18+ years of age
