Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using our digital reservation system
- Prepare and serve weekend brunch/lunch specials with attention to presentation
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards in public areas and dining spaces
- Coordinate with weekend event staff for private party setups and breakdowns
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Assist with inventory management and weekend stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Basic food handling certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems and digital communication tools
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail under pressure
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain energy during peak weekend hours
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
