Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests at Baltimore's premier waterfront venues
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using our service protocols
- Assist with venue operations including seating, inventory, and event setup
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in high-traffic public areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend hours and special events
- Process payments accurately and operate POS systems efficiently
- Support promotional activities and local tourism initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol (if applicable)
- Valid Maryland ID and reliable transportation
