Responsibilities
- Receive and Process Shipments: Accurately inspect, verify, and store incoming inventory to ensure stock accuracy and integrity.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for distribution with a high degree of precision and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain up-to-date digital inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free zone.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency.
- Work Ethic: A proactive attitude and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
