Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks and sorting of merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process customer returns and handle damaged goods according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cleveland facility.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
