Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with patient transport and equipment management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure patient safety and comfort per hospital protocols
- Support patient education and emotional well-being
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun) 8am-8pm
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
