Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor heavy manufacturing machinery and assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on all products to maintain high industry standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to prevent accidents and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills are essential for safety checks and documentation.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
