Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing packages and freight efficiently to meet daily volume targets.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic data entry and inventory management tasks using our proprietary logistics software.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe for all team members at all times.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of inventory and information.
- Adhere to all company policies, including dress code and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
