Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare: Accurately pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all safety standards are met.
- Order Fulfillment: Retrieve and stage orders to meet strict shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
