Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during weekend hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management tasks.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure operational goals are met during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
