Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain financial accountability
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure product freshness and presentation
- Uphold safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Must be available to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with transactional systems
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Pennsylvania ID and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Weekend availability flexibility during peak seasons
