Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages and freight efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify accuracy of inventory against shipping documents and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for weekly distribution to retail partners.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is preferred.
