Responsibilities
- Maintain Store Standards: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times during your shift.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and execute timely stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operational Support: Process transactions accurately at the register and assist with back-of-house operations as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible start times.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
