Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and professionally.
- Process Management: Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges using our proprietary CRM software.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details in our internal systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and have a flexible schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
