Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams during shift changes
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests
- Adhere to HIPAA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ohio Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- Flexible weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with assistance
