Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks and adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets and service levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate standard machinery and equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Document daily activities and report any discrepancies or maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace in Los Angeles.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
