- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders by responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve daily targets and improve operational workflows.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of work completed, hours worked, and materials used.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform moderate physical labor.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read and interpret instructions clearly.
