Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety protocols.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize and stock warehouse inventory, ensuring products are easily accessible and properly labeled.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and productivity goals.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in the inventory system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
