Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight using RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Organize and maintain stock areas to meet safety and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure workplace.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Ensure high-quality packaging and handling of customer orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning equipment.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
