Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts, organize warehouse inventory, and maintain organized storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure only high-quality items are shipped to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license required for some roles.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
