Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 5-7 associates during peak weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance at all times
- Process daily payroll adjustments for team members via our instant pay system
- Communicate with weekday managers to ensure seamless operational handovers
- Optimize weekend workflows using WMS technology and data-driven insights
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/logistics or team leadership role
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 12-hour shifts)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills under time-sensitive conditions
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional facility transfers)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Experience with daily pay systems or time-tracking software
