Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, during weekend shifts.
- Coordinate and track the movement of inbound and outbound freight to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify shipment contents against packing lists and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Communicate logistical challenges to the central office to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
