Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Execute efficient point-of-sale transactions and manage cash registers accurately.
- Restock merchandise and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and handling cash.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
