Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring efficiency and safety standards
- Lead and mentor 5-8 associates during peak weekend hours
- Manage inventory flow and coordinate with supply chain team
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges in real-time
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review

Qualifications
- 1+ years supervisory experience in retail, logistics, or hospitality
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
