Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations and ensure daily targets are met
- Manage team performance through coaching and feedback
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate inventory management and logistics
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
- Train new weekend staff on SOPs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse/retail
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts
- OSHA certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in inventory management software
