Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates during weekend shifts to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and execute stockroom replenishment efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving complaints, answering inquiries, and driving sales.
- Assist in training new hires on company policies, safety procedures, and product knowledge.
- Handle cash handling, register operations, and daily reconciliation accurately.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding daily operations and staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of previous retail or customer service leadership experience preferred.
- Strong ability to work weekends, holidays, and closing shifts as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a retail environment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
