Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations during assigned weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Manage inventory accuracy and process incoming/outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Train and mentor temporary and part-time staff to ensure high productivity levels.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and report any facility issues to management.
- Resolve customer service inquiries and operational discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
