Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend operations
- Support quality control processes to ensure order accuracy
- Participate in weekly warehouse audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Biscayne Blvd location
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
