Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment in a timely manner
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and quality control checks
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Reliable transportation to Norfolk, VA location
