Your Role:
As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring products are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for delivery using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and scanning of orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
