Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and staging incoming merchandise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid state ID for equipment operation training
- Reliable transportation to North Milwaukee location
