Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock levels accurately.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any issues to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in attendance.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
